Refund and Returns Policy

At Star Fish Flavour, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure a smooth and transparent experience. Please take a moment to review our refund and return policy carefully

General Refund Guidelines

Refunds will only be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. For example, if you paid via a specific bank or card, the refund will be credited to that same account. Refunds or exchanges cannot be issued to any other account or payment method.

Warranty Coverage

Star Fish Flavour offers a limited 7-day warranty on most of our products. However, due to hygienic and reuse-related concerns, the following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  • E-Liquids
  • Coils & Tanks
  • Batteries
  • Tips & Mouthpieces
  • Atomizers

We strongly recommend that customers inspect these products thoroughly before leaving the store, as returns or exchanges will not be accepted once these items leave the premises—except in the event of verified shipping damage or manufacturer defects.

Damaged or Defective Items

All products are shipped in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or defective, you may request a return or exchange by contacting us within 5 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a claim, please email info@starfishflavour.com with the following:

  • Detailed description of the defect or damage
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Order number and date of purchase

Note: Claims must be made within 5 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for all additional shipping charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The complete product along with all original packaging must be returned to process a successful refund or exchange.

Exchanges Without Manufacturer Defects

If your product has no defect but you wish to exchange it, you must notify us within 5 days of purchase. We will evaluate the request, and if approved:

  • You may exchange the product for another item in the same category or
  • Receive store credit applicable to any other product in our catalog.

Please note: No cash refunds will be issued for non-defective items. All extra handling or shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

We Cannot Offer Refunds or Exchanges If:
  • The item has been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than Star Fish Flavour
  • The item has been physically damaged or misused
  • It was used contrary to the intended instructions or manual
  • The item was damaged during return shipping to us
  • Original items or packaging are missing
  • The item is no longer in the original purchase condition
  • The product was exposed to water, extreme temperatures, or improper handling
  • For sanitary reasons, tanks are only eligible for return if a manufacturer defect is reported within 7 days.

Important Notes

Returns and exchanges must be in “like-new” condition, with all original parts and packaging.

Refunds will only be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.

Items returned without prior communication or missing parts will not be accepted.

You must email a detailed description of the defect to info@starfishflavour.com and return all packaging materials within 15 days to qualify for a refund or exchange.
